Sports Therapy
Designed for athletes and active individuals who want to train hard, recover well, and stay available for their sport.
Sessions focus on reducing muscle tightness, improving movement quality, and supporting recovery from training loads, competition, and injury. Treatment may include remedial massage techniques, myofascial cupping, and corrective or rehabilitation exercises, depending on your needs.
Strength Coaching
For people who want to learn how to lift well, build real strength and train with purpose in a safe and inclusive environment.
We offer 1:1, small groups, and contracted services to sporting clubs and organisations.
S&C
Strength and conditioning services including fitness testing, individualised programming, and sport-specific training. On-field conditioning focuses on speed, agility, change of direction, and endurance, designed to improve performance and durability in your sport.
With particular expertise in rugby league, we tailor every program to the physical demands of your sport.
Sports Trainer
We provide comprehensive sports trainer support for game days, carnivals, and tours. Services include strapping, sports massage, first aid, player welfare management, and recovery strategies to keep athletes performing at their best.
Mindset Coaching
What separates the top 1% of athletes is mindset. We offer 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and 6-week programs to help athletes take control of the mental side of their game, build resilience, and perform consistently on and off the field, or in the ring.
